During practice 2 at the Mid-Ohio Indy Car race, Pagenaud reported a brake failure, which may have caused his crash. Racing for Meyer Shank Racing, his car flipped and went over the grass and into the gravel, where the car rolled almost 7 times before hitting the tirewall.
