The best PlayStation 5 exclusives releasing in 2021

PlayStation has always been a notch above Xbox in terms of delivering amazing exclusive titles. Let’s take a look at Sony’s line-up for PlayStation 5 Exclusive titles in 2021.

The God of War series is probably the greatest series of all time. With Ragnarok, the game will continue the story of Kratos and Atreus, where they will possibly face Thor: The God of Thunder. The game’s release date remains a mystery but it is pegged to release in 2021.

After Zero Dawn’s success, Guerrilla Games is back with a sequel where Aloy now embarks on a new adventure towards the West to find the source of a mysterious plague. The game is set to release in the second half of 2021.

Deathloop is a Timed PlayStation exclusive developed by Arkane Studios. The game’s exclusivity was in doubt as Microsoft took over Bethesda which also included Arkane. However, they decided to honor the studio’s deal with Sony. The game is set to release on May 21, 2021.

Returnal is yet another exclusive title that is set to release on March 19, 2021. The game follows the story of a space explorer stuck on a hostile planet inside a time-loop.

This action-adventure game is a timed PlayStation exclusive that will also be available for PC. The game follows the story of Kena, a young guide who helps deceased souls go from the physical world to the spirit world. The game is set to release sometime during March 2021.

Ratchet and Clank is a longstanding PlayStation exclusive that has impressed fans over the years. Rift Apart continues the adventure with stunning graphics that take advantage of the PS5’s superfast SSD. The game is pegged to release in the first half of 2021.

This was another exclusive that Microsoft got control over in the Bethesda deal. However, they will honor developer Tango’s deal with Sony and this game will be a PS5 exclusive for almost a year. The game is rumored to release sometime during October 2021.

Stray lets players play as a Cat lost in a neo-noir setting where the objective is to explore the city’s mysteries and escape the decaying futuristic concrete jungle. The game is pegged to release in October 2021.
