Conor McGregor, Anderson Silva, and Other Fighters Joe Rogan Interviewed After Being Viciously Knocked Out

The well-known MMA personality, Joe Rogan, has sometimes interviewed fighters after they have been knocked out. As a result, the UFC commentator has received a lot of criticism regarding the same over the years. Here, we take a look at five times Joe Rogan has interviewed fighters after being viciously knocked out.

Anderson Silva -
UFC 162

Back in July 2013, Chris Weidman ended Silva's 16-fight win streak by claiming a KO victory to become the new UFC middleweight champion. After he interviewed the newly crowned champ, Rogan went ahead and interviewed then heartbroken Silva, who just lost his title.

Zhang Weili -
UFC 261

On April 24, 2021, Zhang Weili suffered her first UFC loss against Rose Namajunas via a brutal head kick KO in the first round. However, this heartbreaking loss didn't stop Rogan from interviewing Weili, who just lost her UFC women's strawweight title.

Jorge Masvidal -
UFC 261

Masvidal got knocked out cold on the canvas after getting hit by a huge right hand by the UFC welterweight champion Kamaru Usman. Yet again, it didn't stop Rogan from interviewing someone who was out cold on the canvas a few minutes ago.

Michael Chandler -
UFC 262

On May 15, 2021, Chandler got knocked out by Charles Oliveira after getting hot by an unending barrage of punches. Still, Rogan went ahead and interviewed then heartbroken Chandler, who just lost the chance to become the UFC lightweight champion.

Conor McGregor -
UFC 264

On June 12, 2021, McGregor suffered a leg injury and couldn't continue the bout in his trilogy fight against Poirier, resulting in his losing via TKO (Doctor's stoppage). However, Rogan went ahead and interviewed downed McGregor, who couldn't even get back up due to his severe leg injury.
