Training schedule

'The Predator' works out seven days a week. However, does not follow a specific plan or routine. His training routine consists of HIIT, bodyweight workouts, gym workouts, and cardio. 

Cardio

Ngannou does aqua jogging, skipping, assault cycle, and other cardiovascular exercises to improve stamina. He also does regular runs on the anti-gravity treadmill. 

Striking

'The Predator' is one of the most vicious strikers in the UFC heavyweight division. To hone his striking skills, he rips a lot of mitts inside the gym and also does heavy bag workouts.

Bodyweight circuit

The heavyweight champion does a bodyweight circuit inside the gym to improve muscle strength and flexibility.

Sparring

Sparring is a vital part of Ngannou's training routine. He does ample sparring in the gym to prepare himself for the battle inside the UFC cage.
