Holloway's strength & conditioning routine involves doing workouts based on weight training, body weight exercises, endurance, core, and conditioning.
Holloway will do a lot of kickboxing pad work, heavy bag, and more to improve his striking skills.
Holloway's training routine also includes Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He is a BJJ brown belt and trains under Rylan Lizares.
Holloway follows a very strict diet provided by his personal dietician Tyler Minton.
