Serena Williams became a part of Sorare, a player-owned fantasy sports game leveraging NFTs, in 2022 as a board adviser. Now, another iconic athlete has joined the brand. It is none other than the renowned Argentine soccer star, Lionel Messi, who recently became the brand ambassador of Sorare. Both Serena Williams and her husband, Alexis Ohanian, have invested in the company. The tennis star is raising her presence in the investment sector with the same zeal that saw her dominate the WTA Tour for almost three decades.
