Swedish right back, Victor Lindelof kicked off his footballing career in his native Vasteras. At the age of 16, he debuted for?V?ster?s SK in 2010. A year later, he moved to Portugal with SL Benfica with the youth team. While there, he guided them to the U-19 Portuguese championships.

Victor Lindelof finally broke into the first team in 2013, and since then, he was on and off. However, during the times he played for Benfica, he always came through, with some accolades being, the Taca de Portugal, the Tace da Liga and the UEFA Champions League Round of 16.
