Daniel Farke kicked off his player career with hometown club SV Steinhausen. However, the German spent most of his career with SV Lippstadt 08, with three spells. Unfortunately, he did not progress beyond lower league football.
Following his retirement, Daniel Farke began his managerial career with SV Lippstadt 08. He helmed the club for six years, helping them rise up from sixth tier German football to fourth tier. As a result, his name was highly revered at Lippstadt.
