“Rafael Nadal, Roger Federer and I Have Communicated More Than Usual” – Novak Djokovic

World Number one tennis player Novak Djokovic has signed up for the Adria Tour exhibition event which is scheduled to take place from June 13 to July 4, 2020. The event will be taking place in the cities of Belgrade, Zadar, Montenegro, and Banja Luka.
On Monday, Djokovic interacted with press reporters which was a part of the Adria Tour. He revealed being in touch with his arch-rivals Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer during the abrupt layover on the tennis tour.
The three super-successful men of tennis discussed the vulnerable situation of the lower-ranked players, conversed about helping them, and also spoke about their personal wellbeing.

“Rafa, Roger and I have communicated more than usual, due to the coronavirus pandemic, and talked about helping the lower-ranked tennis players. Federer is still recovering, I didn’t ask him whether he’s training or not. Rafa has been playing recently. We talked last week about the US Open,” Djokovic stated (as per SportsKlub).
Novak Djokovic to soon resume tennis in his hometown
Along with Djokovic and Dominic Thiem, Alexander Zverev, and Grigor Dimitrov will be present in the Adria Tour event. Djokovic is delighted to have big tennis stars in his hometown of Belgrade, Serbia. Presently, Sascha has been practicing in Florida, and Thiem has been staying in Austria.

“We don’t know who is in what form. Zverev trained in America. Dominic has been active, working for several weeks. Clay is his favorite surface. I believe that they will be motivated. We are professional tennis players, we miss doing our job,” Novak Djokovic added.

In 2020, World Number one Djokovic is the undefeated man on the men’s tour as he’s yet to drop a match on the singles circuit. He has amassed three titles which include his 17th Slam victory in Melbourne.
