It is reported that 60% of the companies Serena has invested in are women and minority-led start-ups. The American reasons why she backs them up and also raises awareness about the staggeringly fewer opportunities they get.

Serena Williams and her entrepreneurial side

She, along with American rapper Jay Z, has an investment in Indonesian coffee-line Kopi Kenangan. The American also her money pooled in the American football team Miami Dolphins and in the UFC.
