Three major bodies can work together, Novak Djokovic’s opinion

In tennis, the ITF, ATP and Grand Slams all work independently. The different bodies do not really interact with each other for schedule-related discussions. Consequently, the professionals deal with a prolonged tennis season. Djokovic suggests that it would be wise if all three bodies took some decisions unanimously.

“But it takes a lot of effort because there is a lot of different sides vested in tennis. It’s not like we in ATP can decide everything. It’s ITF, ATP, Grand Slams are independent entities, all these different things, you have to sit at the table and try to work things out, which isn’t the easiest thing,” Djokovic concluded.
