After a disappointing outing in Pune, the Indian cricket team fought back to defeat the Australian cricket team by 75 runs in Bangalore, levelling the series 1-1. KL Rahul scored 90 in the first innings and 51 in the second innings. He was adjudged Man of the match.
Ravichandran Ashwin ended the match with the figures of 6/41 in the second innings. He claimed his 25th 5-wicket haul in the process and played a significant role in bowling out the Australians for a total of 112. As India brings life back into the series, we take a look at the top tweets:
