Williams is the most successful tennis player in the Open Era in terms of Grand Slam victories. Over the course of her 25-year career, the American clinched 23 Grand Slam singles titles, the most by any man or woman in the Open Era.

American television network ESPN2 has decided to present a 12-hour Williams marathon on 27th March. The programme will highlight Williams’ several Championship victories over the past two decades.

The marathon programme will feature six marquee final victories at the major stage – including four against her elder sister, Venus Williams. Hence, it will be interesting to watch all the Williams’ classic, creating a nostalgic feeling for all the fans.
