‘Sweet Dreams’ Jamahal Hill will clash against Ovince Saint Preux in the co-main event of UFC Fight Night later this Saturday. Ahead of his fight, Hill spoke about testing positive for Marijuana, and how it affected his life.
Jamahal Hill’s last fight was in May. He beat Klidson Abreu via spectacular T/KO by knee but, the USADA snatched away his victory as he tested positive for marijuana.
The light heavyweight fighter said, “It’s extremely irritating you know something I gotta walk around with my record, which in fact just to clear the record. I did not smoke in competition. I smoked 4 weeks before that. Out of competition before I even took the fight, I stopped smoking immediately, and somehow in their test. They came back that my levels were too high.”

He continued, “Even after the UFC did an investigation, tested my all samples, and showed them the difference in the levels and everything they still went ahead and decided to suspend me, fine me, put me all through this bull***t so it’s annoying as f**k bro. You know I mean but it is what it is.”
“I am not gonna keep looking back on it, I am just pushing forward. I think it’s f**kin stupid, I am not the person you wanna axe. I think it’s dumb as hell. It’s dumb as f**k and I think they need to focus on things that actually matter and not goofy shit like that.”
‘Sweet Dreams’ felt that most of the fighters consume marijuana in their leisure time. He stated that it has medicinal uses if consumed in the right quantities. He believed that there are many more concerns that the committee should shift its focus upon instead of highlighting unimportant issues like these.
Fans hope that this will not distract him ahead of his return to the cage.
