UFC Megastar Conor McGregor took to social media and announced some ground-breaking news that has taken combat sports fans by storm. ‘The Notorious’ has targeted a return to action under the bright lights of the ring against Manny Pacquiao. Moreover, he added on to say that the scheduled bout was set to take place in the Middle East.

The news comes as a massive surprise to fight fans who have been pining for Conor’s return to combat sports. The Irishman unceremoniously hung up the gloves following the main event at UFC 250 earlier this year. Additionally, he didn’t provide any significant details as to the reason for his swift departure from the organization.

However, the pandemic brought his plans to a screeching halt, and the fighter elected to retire.
