In fact, Rogan spoke about his weight and food habits in a recent podcast episode with Gad Saad. He said,” the fattest the ever I got, I think I got like 207 one time. For me, it goes right here (points at his belly). It goes into my sides and it goes into my belly… But I work out a lot, so it keeps it in check for the most part.”

The only way that Rogan thinks that Ngannou can beat Tyson Fury is, “if Francis Ngannou gets Tyson Fury to agree to let him hold and hit.” Rogan believes that clinching and ‘dirty boxing’ is Ngannou’s key to winning a bout against the world boxing champion.
