Belal Muhammad & Paulo Costa Rip Khamzat Chimaev Over Fight Rant: “Opponents That Said No Were Nick Diaz, Tony Ferguson, Brett Hart and Chris Leben”

Paulo Costa and Khamzat Chimaev have been going on and off for a bit more than a while now, following the altercation at the UFC PI during UFC 279. Previously in October, ‘The Eraser’ called out the Swedish-Chechen warrior. However, the ‘Borz’ hasn’t backed down from his high seat, as well. Although he got a handful of challenges himself, being unable to fight even a single one clearly made him upset. Recently, in a YouTube video on his channel, the fighter claimed that he had no one to fight against. However, the Brazilian fighter simply could not buy the story Chimaev told.
‘The Chechen Wolf’ had made it pretty clear from the very beginning that he was in the game to win. Although itching to step into the Octagon again, Chimaev is still oblivious about whom he shall defeat next. Nonetheless, ‘Borrachinha’ didn’t back down from showing the world what he thinks about Chimaev.

Paulo Costa doesn’t believe Khamzat Chimaev
MMA Junkie recently posted a picture of the Russian-born Swedish fighter on Instagram with a quote from his interview in a recent episode of ‘Believe You Me’ podcast. ‘Borz’ said, “Nobody wants to fight. F**k these boys. They gave me four different countries, four different opponents. Nobody wants to fight. … I just want to fight. Give me somebody. If the guys run away from me, just give me somebody. I’m ready.”

However, Costa did not believe the story. He shared the post as an Instagram story and wrote, “Nobody believes on your bullish it’s anymore lol.” Furthermore, he made his doubts clear in the comments section, as well. Costa commented, “Does anyone still believe these bullsh*ts??” He concluded the comment by saying that it was “gourmet”.

Unquestionably, Costa wasn’t the only UFC contender who made such comments on the post. The UFC welterweight contender, Belal Muhammed, also seemingly called Chimaev out. In response to the four guys who said no to fighting the Wolf, he wrote a witty comment. Muhammed named them out and seemingly mocked the ‘Borz’ to accept his challenge. He wrote, “The four opponents that said no were Nick diaz Tony Ferguson Brett hart and Chris leben.”

Recently, Chimaev was spotted training hard in a camp in Dubai. When he was asked about his next probable fight, the light went out of his eyes and was replaced with an itch to fight. However, the fact that no one supposedly agreed to sign a fight with him clearly made him burst with sorrow.
Chimaev said, “I’m always ready. We’ll see what’s gonna happen now. I think we’ll be, hope so, Vegas. March. Let’s see. But, I don’t know who.” The fighter will step into the Octagon sooner than expected. However, would it be ‘Borrachinha’ who would step against him?
