Former mixed martial arts fighter Tito Ortiz recently planned to sell his house for $6 million. The fighter turned politician had purchased the house back in 2008. He shared it with his partner and two sons.

However, the couple split in 2016 and he, later on, won full custody of his twin sons. Ortiz also has an older son from a previous relationship.

He lived in this luxurious house for years. But on December 18, 2021, the house was found listed on Multiple Listing Service.

Agent Christine Aragon has the listing and plans to use a portion of her commission for a good cause. A portion of the commission she receives will go to the Reel Warriors Foundation- a foundation that organizes fishing trips for veterans.

Aragon posted a picture of the house on Instagram and wrote, “Along with the blessing to be chosen to sell Tito’s home I am also so extremely excited to be able to donate a portion of my proceeds to Reel Warriors who dedicate their time to giving back to vets… Together we can all give back if we just do what we are capable of doing. Just open your heart and ask for direction. Then follow the omens”.

The huge house has several indoor and outdoor amenities and promises great comforts. Back in 2009, Ortiz’s partner Jenna Jameson even gave Oprah Winfrey and her viewers a tour of their beautiful house.

The house is built on Davenport Island and has four bedrooms. It also has a 50-foot dock with space for a yacht.

The interior reportedly includes limestone, iron railings, and stunning woodwork. A fireplace is present in the living room and the kitchen has great high-end appliances. One pleasant aspect is that the house also comes with an outdoor barbecue kitchen as well.

The dining room consists of china cabinets and a temperature-controlled wine cellar. The Huntington Harbor home is absolutely stunning with arched doorways and Spanish titled roof. One might wonder why Tito Ortiz decided to get rid of such a beautiful home.
