Who is the greatest MMA fighter of all time? This question is one that remains unanswered till today. People from all around the world have continuously shared their views on the same. While most people have different opinions on who they consider the MMA GOAT. Everyone who talks about the MMA GOAT tends to involve fighters like Georges St-Pierre, Anderson Silva, Jon Jones, Demetrious Johnson, and more recently Khabib Nurmagomedov.

Now in a recent podcast, Joe Rogan talked about two of these fighters. Rogan compared the legacies of two fighters who have the best MMA record, Jon Jones and Nurmagomedov. “It’s a disqualification in a fight with Matt Hamill, where he was destroying him. So you can make the argument that Jon Jones is undefeated and I think you should make that argument, because nobody actually defeated him. Even though he has a loss on his record, no one beat him. “

“Khabib is undefeated, he retired at 29-0 and dominated everybody, no one was even close. Jon Jones had a couple of split decisions, The Reyes fight was close, so was the Thiago Santos fight fu*king close, close fight. There is no close fight in Khabib’s history, there’s no close fight. Everybody gets fu*king mauled, everybody smash, send location. Khabib was the fu*ing man, he was the fuc*ing man.”

Who is the greatest MMA fighter of all time: Jon Jones or Khabib Nurmagomedov?

If one clearly goes by the statistics and checks the record, one might give the edge to ‘The Eagle.‘ Nurmagomedov has an incredible MMA record of 29-0, compared to that Jones has a record of (26-1.) However, that one loss that ‘Bones’ has is a disqualification and many like Rogan believe that as he was never beaten, he should be considered undefeated.
