Dustin Poirier, the former interim lightweight champion, discussed Dana White’s Power Slap League. He gave his opinion on White’s action during an extensive conversation with ‘Bloody Elbow’. On January 11 with TBS, the UFC president was excited to debut his power slap league. When Poirier was asked about his thoughts on the show he non-hesitantly refused to accept the league. The man who reached #2 in the UFC lightweight rankings in 2022 feels that slapping someone as a sport hardly makes sense.

The situation’s irony is analyzed by netizens on social media. The Power Slap League was postponed after initial reports of it being not listed on TBS.

The UFC president was prepared to create his new show using many popular videos as inspiration. Millions of people were watching these videos as they spread rapidly through social media platforms among different groups. White spent a lot of time establishing the new league’s rules and regulations before ultimately announcing the location of the show’s TBS broadcast.

It was agreed to film the power slap at UFC APEX in Las Vegas. The Diamond didn’t spend a lot of time discussing the President; instead, he spoke passionately about his fights and deals with well-known brands.
