Twitter reacts to Miesha Tate bagging first prize at Big Brother season 3

The 35-year-old mixed martial artist has made her return to fighting after a brief retirement. Tate has been at the top of the game and has also managed to win the world title. She took a break from her daily routine to partake in the Season 3 of the Celebrity Big Brother competition. Todrick Hall, Miesha Tate, and Cynthia Bailey came out as the final three members.

MMA fighters are a different breed, and Tate proved it on the show as she aced through all the tasks. This win cements her legacy as the first athlete to win the show with rather ease.

It is hard to compete against an MMA fighter, as it has been proved numerous times already with Jorge Masvidal breezing past in the Exathlon United States. Tate may have made the show boring, as she simply stood out as no one was able to stack up to her.

Not sure about women’s empowerment, but Tate is indeed an amazing athlete.

Tate is now going to return to her training routine, which will see her making her debut in the flyweight division. The former champion has made this decision after her close friend, Julianna Pena, won the world title in bantamweight.

UFC has booked the former champion to face Lauren Murphy, and the bout is all set to take place in May.
