UFC President Dana White Gives Savage Reply to a Fan Demanding to Free Joe Rogan

Rogan’s absence at UFC 271 raised many eyebrows. Retired UFC fighter Michael Bisping replaced Joe Rogan in the commentary booth and did an amazing job. However, fans couldn’t stop questioning Rogan’s absence; especially after the controversies surrounding his podcast grew humongous.
Dana White had already come out in support of the commentator. But many people speculated whether the promotion wanted to keep Rogan on the backbench till things cooled down.

Journalist Aaron Bronsteter had shared the news that Rogan wouldn’t be commentating just hours before the event commenced. This came as a big shock. Rogan’s fans, however, are not satisfied with the ‘scheduling conflict‘ explanation for his absence at UFC 271. Hence, a fan commented on the UFC President’s Instagram post. He wrote, “free joe”.
White gave a savage reply and wrote, “Joe does whatever the f*ck Joe wants.”

So with White’s reply, his stance on Rogan and the issues surrounding ‘The Joe Rogan Experience’ are clear.
When Will Joe Rogan Be Back Working in the Commentary Booth After UFC 271 Snub?
Further, Rogan might have not attended the event but was very excited about the exciting matchups. He is expected to be back on his commentating duties at UFC 272. The upcoming event takes place on March 5 at T-Mobile Arena, Las Vegas. It will feature Colby Covington versus Jorge Masvidal as the main event.
As a result of such a big fight on the line, fans want to see Rogan analyze the fight.

After the event, White revealed the reason behind Rogan’s absence. According to him, the commentator himself chose to not be a part of the event. He said that there was no conflict of schedule.

Interestingly, the event also witnessed Rogan’s fans chanting “Free Joe Rogan”. Therefore, he has been receiving a lot of support from the UFC as well as his fans. He has also addressed his podcast’s controversy on a recent comedy show as well as made Instagram posts explaining himself.
