Former two-division UFC champion Conor McGregor has not been in the best form of his career. The Irish fighter failed to get a victory in his last two fights against Dustin Poirier and only has one victory since 2018 over Donald Cerrone back in 2020.
McGregor has made his riches in the sport and could live his life quite comfortably, even if he never fought again. This has led many fans to wonder if they have seen all there is from The Notorious One. However, it looks like the Irish fighter might not be done just yet, as he came out with a video showing his latest workout routine.

Conor McGregor reveals his new training routine
In a video uploaded by his media page, TheMacLife, McGregor can be seen using a heavy ball to train his ribs. He titled this the Rotational Rib Crushers’ workout.

In this workout, McGregor puts the ball between his ribs and rotates them along with the ball. This exercise helps in improving hip mobility and strengthening the ribs and core.

McGregor looked in good condition, which could be an indication that he might be eyeing a return to the UFC. Moreover, he had also posted a video of him training Jiu-Jitsu, which only added to the speculation.

The Notorious one has hinted on many occasions that he would be returning to the UFC. However, he is yet to make an official announcement regarding his return to the promotion.
Will McGregor return to the UFC?

Although he has claimed that he is yet to retire from MMA, McGregor might not be fully willing to enter the Octagon. He has made more money than any fighter in the history of the promotion, and with the brutal nature of the sport, one cannot blame him for not returning.
Further, he has stated that he is still struggling with the leg injury he received after his fight against Poirier. McGregor might eventually fight a few bouts in the UFC, however, his immediate future with the promotion is still very uncertain.
