Derek Brunson and Jared Cannonier locked horns at UFC 271 in Houston, Texas. Although fans believed Brunson would have an edge over the 38-year-old ‘Killa Gorilla,’ he fell flat on the mat in the last minute of the second round.

MMA fans were less than pleased by Brunson’s sluggish performance, as many believed he was a contender for the belt that rests on Israel Adesanya’s shoulders.

“Blonde Bronson turned to bumson😂😂 @DerekBrunson,” a fan slandered Brunson.

“@DerekBrunson with blonde hair is the same as with his Normal hair color 🤣🤣🤣, he chokes in big fights. #bloodbrunson #chokeartist,” fans trolled Brunson.
