Cain Velasquez retired from the UFC in 2019 but stormed back in news in 2022. This time it wasn’t for his fight in a cage or ring, though. Cain Velasquez was involved in a car chase in a public area, followed by a shooting incident. Velasquez was chasing a man named Harry Goularte. They accused the man who was later arrested for mol*sting Velasquez‘s ‘relative’, who was under 10 years of age. After the shooting incident, Cain Velasquez was arrested and fans and supporters launched a massive campaign to get him free. Ronda Rousey had also sided with her husband’s rival and tweeted in his support.

Velasquez’s relative was mol*sted at a California daycare run by one Patricia Goularte. Harry Goularte, her son, was accused of the monstrous misdeed and Velasquez lost his control when Harry Goularte was released on bail. He chased the car Goularte was being driven in and fired from his gun. Velasquez didn’t find his target and injured the boy’s stepfather in the process.

Ronda Rousey stood behind fellow UFC star
