Henry Cejudo and Conor McGregor have been beefing on Twitter after the Irish fighter called Cejudo a ‘little fart’. Thus, a back-and-forth began and Cejudo’s manager Ali Abdelaziz too jumped to take shots at McGregor.

However, it seems like Cejudo started the entire argument. ‘Triple C’ has expressed his desire to fight Alexander Volkanovski for the featherweight title. But he has not received a positive response from UFC President Dana White. So he took to Twitter to explain why exactly he made the decision to retire. At the same time, he took a dig at ‘The Notorious’.

As a result, McGregor shot back at the former UFC double champ. Cejudo and Abdelaziz thus continued their Twitter war against McGregor.

In a new tweet, Cejudo wrote, “@TheNotoriousMMA I have nothing but respect for you. Hopefully when I see you we can shake hands and you can do a line off my head.”

Replying to one of Cejudo’s tweets, Abdelaziz wrote, “He will try to suck your toes also and ask for mercy”.

However, McGregor seems to have deleted his tweets and is promoting Proper Twelve instead. It would be interesting to see if he gives Cejudo and Abdelaziz a reply. If he does reply, the manager and retired champion won’t back down.

Will Henry Cejudo return?

The 16-2-0 record holder is eager to return. However, White does not seem too enthusiastic about giving him the opportunity.

However, in the past, McGregor has announced his retirement about three times, but each time, he returned to the octagon with smashing fights. So Cejudo might have been a little frustrated with him not getting the opportunity to do so too.
