These comments certainly did not sit well with the UFC President. And according to a tweet put out by Jed I. Goodman, White has lashed out at the reporter.

He writes, “Dana White: I gotta fu*kin’ guy on MSNBC that we’re doing an interview with. This fu*kin’ nitwit doesn’t know how to pronounce Poirier’s name and thinks that I signed fu*kin’ Jake Paul to an agreement and he’s under contract with me.”

“Then wants to talk to me about fighter pay. Oh yeah. Yeah, sounds like you really did your homework and you got your shit together. Let’s talk about very controversial things with you. You fuckin’ moron.” “The reporter was from CNBC.”

Dana White says no fighter will ever say ‘We’re Overpaid’

When during the interview, White was asked about the fighters’ pay and whether it should be increased. White said, “Yeah that’s been going on for 20 years and it will go on for the next 20. I don’t think you’ll ever see a scenario where you’ll see a fighter or anybody say we’re overpaid.”

“You’re always gonna have certain guys that think they are getting paid enough. You never see the guys that actually bring in the revenue complaining about pay.” When the interviewer then went on to say that even Jake Paul, who White had paid well, was talking about the pay disparity, White quickly corrected him.

He said, “He didn’t fight for me. That bum didn’t fight for me. You gotta get your stories straight. He’s out there complaining about fighter pay. He wanted to sign with us. I wouldn’t sign him.”

Many UFC fighters have been calling out Dana White for the amount of money being paid to them. And one huge reason for that is the amount of money the Paul brothers make for their events. Therefore, White seemed even more furious at the reporter when he claimed that ‘The Problem Child’ fought for him.
