If that’s not enough the NBA star has also requested GSP for a return. “GSP, please come back man,” said Dragic.

Amid all the turmoil, GSP has showcased his interest in facing Khabib Nurmagomedov only. However, the differences in their weight classes can hamper the contest from happening. Khabib belongs to the lightweight division and GSP is a natural welterweight.

Despite expressing all his interest, GSP has also hinted that he isn’t comfortable in shifting weight at this age. Thus, if the UFC brass and Khabib don’t come under terms, the matchup might flow out.

Also, Khabib will defend his lightweight title against Justin Gaethje in the main event of UFC 254. He is rumored to accept one more fight after that. Thus, the UFC needs to finalize the fight shortly.
