This tweet came after media personnel asked Dana White whether the UFC got a fight lined up for Tony Ferguson. To which Dana White replied, “We do.” On asking whether it was Dustin Poirier, he said, “Probably.” It comes as no surprise that knowing about this potential match-up has got the fight fans all hyped up.

Dustin is one of the top contenders in the lightweight division and is coming off a unanimous decision victory over Dan Hooker in a five-round slugfest. The former interim lightweight champion also faced the current champion of the division, Khabib Nurmagomedov. Unfortunately, Poirier lost by a rear-naked choke in the third round.
