You Can’t Cross the Line With Khabib Nurmagomedov: Ali Abdelaziz Trashes “Scumbag” Conor McGregor

Khabib Nurmagomedov takes on Tony Ferguson in a long-awaited fight. After being canceled four times fans are expecting to see these two lightweight elites to face each other in the octagon.
Although the fight is still to take place, the fans have been already speculating a rematch between Conor Mcgregor and Khabib Nurmagomedov after UFC 249. Conor who made a victorious return against Donald Cerrone at UF 246 is next in line for a title shot, according to Dana White.
In fact, if Khabib or Tony pulls out again then Conor will fight for the title at UFC 249. However, Khabib’s camp has been entirely against the idea of a rematch with Conor unless he does something spectacular and goes on an impressive winning streak.

Ali Abdelaziz does not see Conor McGregor fighting Khabib Nurmagomedov in a rematch
At UFC 247, Khabib’s manager, Ali Abdelaziz talked about the rematch and said:
“The only chance this fight could happen is in the street. Conor would have to do something spectacular. He’s s****, you understand? Conor McGregor is one of the biggest stars because he’s one of the biggest scumbags.”

Things got ugly the first time these two faced each other. Leading up to the fight Conor insulted Khabib’s family, religion. And after the fight, the world saw one of the ugliest brawls in combat sports. Even Conor recently admitted that things got too far with Khabib and some things should not have been said.

However, Conor and Khabib are not going to be friends anytime soon. Ali Abdelaziz continued to talk about the infamous rivalry:
“Let’s be real. We don’t like this guy. We’re never gonna like him. Probably every time we see him, there’s gonna be problems. He said things about family, things about religion, things about race. He crossed the line. … You can’t cross the line with [Khabib].
A few days earlier, Abdelaziz said that in order to fight Khabib for the title, Conor will have to beat Justin Gaethje who is a top contender in the division. Both Khabib Nurmagomedov and his manager did not find the win against Cerrone impressive. Khabib even wen ton to say that it was a well-organized circus.

Even though the rematch will be one of the biggest fights and both Conor and Khabib might get the biggest payday of their MMA career, the lightweight champion has no interest in the rematch. Abdelaziz claimed:
“Listen, there’s a lot of money for Khabib if Khabib fights Conor. But everything is not about money. Especially with Khabib.”
