The IFBB pro posted the picture for his 1.2 million strong fan base on Instagram. The image features a photo of Walker from 2012 and another photo of Walker from last year’s Mr. Olympia contest. “Left- 159 pounds (2012)… Right- 255 pounds (2022),” wrote Walker in the caption. The difference between the two physiques is staggering. While the image on the left is also from a bodybuilding show, Walker looks much more downsized than his 2022 physique.

However, not just muscle mass, the people’s champ also lacked conditioning and muscle maturity in 2012. Nick Walker also hinted that people might bring up PEDs after seeing the image. However, he also spoke about his work ethic. “I know what everyone is going to say lol but truth is if your not consistent, dedicated, patient, and intense, nothing extra you do will matter.” Walker wrote.
