“He Looks So Tiny”: Arnold Schwarzenegger Looking Like an ‘8-Year-Old’ Next to André the Giant and Wilt Chamberlain Leaves Fans Curious About His Height

The bodybuilding legend Arnold Schwarzenegger is known for his all-around achievements. From being a star bodybuilder, and a blockbuster actor to a successful politician, Arnold has done it all. Arnold is famous for his bulky muscle body and his strong stature, which makes him stand out in the crowd.

Arnold shifted his focus to acting in 1975 after retiring from bodybuilding. The retirement came after his sixth Mr. Olympia title win. Fans were curious about the wonders he would do in the entertainment world. In 1977, Arnold was a part of the critically acclaimed documentary ‘Pumping Iron, which increased his chances of becoming a successful actor at that time.

Arnold Schwarzenegger as ‘Conan the Barbarian’

Arnold bagged the leading role in the film ‘Conan the Barbarian’. For the film, to portray the character of ‘Conan’ he had to develop a muscular body. His character had become famous after the release of the film. The film was critically acclaimed and received several accolades. It was Arnold’s most successful film at that time, which got him in the limelight.

Recently, Zack Stentz, a screenwriter, posted a picture of Arnold from the sets of ‘Conan the Barbarian’. Zack captioned the picture,” I always do a doubletake when I see photos of Arnold Schwarzenegger looking like an 8-year-old child when standing between Wilt Chamberlain and Andre the Giant on the Conan the Destroyer set.” The picture left fans in a frenzy. Fans could not believe their eyes.

Arnold’s height is reportedly 6’2″. But in the picture, he looked tiny standing next to Wilt Chamberlain and Andre the Giant. A lot of fans commented on the picture as well as retweeted it. “He looks so tiny“, said a fan as he retweeted the picture. 

The reaction of other fans to the picture

The picture left all the fans confused as they could not believe that despite being 6’2″, Arnold looked so small. Moreover, fans appreciated the work Arnold had put in to get in shape for the role. However, there were mixed reactions from the fans. Some fans retweeted funny memes whereas some of them stated their disbelief at seeing the picture.  

Stating her disbelief, a fan was curious whether the picture was photoshopped or not. She tweeted,” This isn’t photoshopped? It’s real???”

One user put forward his desire to have this movie again as well as wanted this genre back again. The user tweeted, “Another genre that needs to come back strong, fantasy barbarian movies.” 

One user acknowledged their work. Moreover, he called them legends.” The Legend of Legends. All 3 of them”, he tweeted.

Whereas some were curious about who was taller.

A fan joked about his height while comparing it to the legends in the picture. He wrote “I would look straight like a dwarf with my 5’9 height”

One fan appreciated the photo

One fan commented on Arnold’s pose in the picture. He wrote, “And Arnie seems well aware of it.”

Even at the age of 75, Arnold still has an immense social media presence. Moreover, is considered to be one of the most influential people in the world.
