Life took an unexpected turn for cop Ronnie Coleman when he was offered free gym membership. Winning the prestigious Mr. Olympia title eight times in a row, the former Arlington Police officer did not just cement his name as one of the best in the sport but also proved his sheer dominance. A prolific bodybuilder, having retired, Ronnie now loves to spend time with his family. A dotting father of four young girls, the 58 years old misses no chance to spend quality time with them.

Following his tradition, the retired officer took to his official Instagram profile to share an adorable snap with his young daughter earlier today. Caught in a beautiful moment, the frame is enough to warm hearts on cold winter mornings.

Taking a break from his otherwise busy schedule, King Coleman decided to spend the Sunday in the best possible way. “Another lazy Sunday,” the bodybuilding giant wrote; it is needless to say that the memories they created would remain forever. Informing fans about their Sunday plan, he wrote, “watching this Green Bay game with my baby girl.”

However, the plans took an unexpected turn when Ronnie’s daughter fell asleep. As it turned out, instead of watching the game together, the father ended up “watching her because she fell asleep.” Adding more, Big Ron wrote, “This was after she told me, I’m not tired.” As the IFBB pro champion shared a rare family snap, love poured into the comment section. Fans loved to see Ronnie spending family time.
