Phil Heath is arguably one of the most successful bodybuilders to ever walk down the Olympia stage. Years after winning his seventh Sandow trophy, speculations are about whether The Gift will return to claim the eighth one. In his recent video, Heath flaunted his jacked competition-ready physique and shared some encouraging words of wisdom with his fans.
Phil Heath recently shared a workout video on his official Instagram account. Heath revealed what motivates him to fight for a better version of himself, and along the same lines, encouraged his fans to find what drives them too. Fans flocked over to the comment section and speculated about his much-awaited comeback.

While the 7x Olympia never officially announced his retirement, Heath has been in action for quite some time now. The last time Heath competed was when he finished third at the 2020 Mr. Olympia. Lately, Heath has been dropping hints about his potential return. On 24th February 2023, The Gift posted a video on his Instagram profile. In the video, Heath was looking at his reflection in the mirror and carrying out his workout exercises. While the exercises were simple, his ribbed physique in the video gave rise to speculations about the bodybuilder’s probable comeback. In the comments section, one fan wrote, “Look at that physique @philheath bro you are the best genetics I’ve ever seen on this planet.”
Another hopeful fan commented, “I hope it’s a comeback phil!” A third one added, “Please make the comeback. The sport needs you.” Wanting to see the bodybuilder on the stage again, one more fan commented, “One more time bro , you have to show them who is the king 👑”

However, while most of the fans are hopeful for a comeback, some believe that the bodybuilder should retire for good. One such Instagram user wrote, “Love the way you’re thinking. Stay on TRT Phil, be smart. You have made your impact. You’ve won your Sandows. Time to enjoy life my bro!”
