Strongman recently explained the purpose of his intense training in an Instagram post. In the video’s opening, Björnsson is walking shrugs, carrying two hefty panels. The giant’s expression indicates that he is having difficulty lifting the panels.

In the next few seconds, Strongman carries grocery bags alongside his wife, Kelsey Henson. Strongman’s main point is that he exercises to assist his wife in picking up grocery bags. His fans and followers enjoyed this video and also left hilarious comments.

Strongman started dating Kelsey Henson in September 2017, and they married in October 2018 in Iceland. The two first met in Alberta, where Kelsey was working, and Björnsson came to participate in the Strongman competition.

Despite a significant height difference, Strongman and Kelsey make a handsome couple. In another Instagram reel, Strongman posted why he would consider breaking up with Kelsey because of their height difference. He jokingly remarked that he didn’t want Kelsey to ruin the tall genes.
