For Bianca Belair, the fight was off the rim as well

Bianca put in 10 weeks of hard work for the WBFF Entertainment Pro Atlantic City Pro-Am event; the pain bore sweet results. As she posted a series of photos of herself from the event, the wrestling champion talked about her ten weeks journey. Shedding light, she revealed the journey has helped her discover herself. She talks about the little girl from High School and College who has “grown and evolved.”

She adds she was “obsessed with being the best but took it too far and over trained constantly.” Despite having “struggled with eating disorders,” she never came up. There was a time, as she revealed when she “couldn’t even hear the word “diet” without being triggered.” But things have now changed. The urge to push and test herself motivated her. She wanted to try whether or not she could commit herself to a change.

All she wanted was to discover and listen to her own body check whether or not she could diet again “without going off on the deep end.” The journey for her was, however, not easy. During the course, she faced fears, but during the ten weeks, she relearned herself. Stunning people, and in just ten weeks, she again gets to show everyone her well-built ripped body.
