Celebrities appearing and even having matches in the WWE is not an alien concept. The live arena experience of WWE has lured many celebrities from different backgrounds into the ring. Muhammad Ali, Hugh Jackman, Shaquille O’Neal, and Arnold Schwarzenegger are a few celebrities to have visited the ring. Notably, Arnold has visited the WWE universe more than once.

Here’s a throwback to last year when he came face to face with Triple H.

When Arnold Schwarzenegger rained down on Triple H

The WWE universe has always cheered the loudest whenever the toughest action hero has taken center stage. Arnold was once invited to be the commentator of a match involving superstar Triple H. In the clip posted by a fan on Twitter, we see the two squaring up against each other.

Triple H throws a punch across Arnold’s face which the legendary bodybuilder easily avoids. Arnold then slaps Triple H in the face with “seemingly” all his might before raining a flurry of punches down on him. Arnold’s commentary partner and WWE Hall of Famer Jerry ‘The King’ Lawler can be seen trying to break the two apart.

Incidentally, Triple H has a glorious past of defeating two of WWE’s biggest stars. At WrestleMania 29, Triple H and Brock Lesnar locked horns against each other. In one of the most brutal matches, Triple H hit Lesnar with a sledgehammer and hit him with a pedigree on steel steps to take the win.

In the final fight of their career, Triple H defeated The Undertaker in a ‘No Disqualification’ match. Triple H required the help of his close friend Shawn Michaels to take home the win. Shawn delivered a ‘Sweet Chin Music’ to Undertaker which was immediately followed by a pedigree from Triple H, leading to his victory.

When Arnold team up with Hulk Hogan

As mentioned above, Arnold has been a part of the ring multiple times. One of those was when he teamed up with another WWE legend, Hulk Hogan. The former Governor of California visited the ring alongside ‘Magic Mike’ actor Joe Manganiello. The two were having a good time with Hogan before ‘The Miz’ decided to interrupt their session.

Miz tried trash talking to the trio and wanted them to leave the ring as they “didn’t belong.” The trio teamed to eventually send Miz flying through the air and out of the ring. It was indeed a memorable watch for the audience.
