Chris Bumstead Recreated Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Signature Pose for His 11.9 Million Insta Fans Days Ahead of Mr. Olympia

With less than half a month before Mr.Olympia 2022, bodybuilders are training harder than ever. Reigning Mr. Olympia Classic Physique, Chris Bumstead will also appear in the coming competition. The 27-year-old bodybuilder shares moments of his rigorous training in the gym. In one of his recent social media updates, Bumstead recreated Arnold Schwarzenegger’s iconic bodybuilding pose.

Chris Bumstead has been training as a bodybuilder for the past eight years. Although he has tried powerlifting in the past, he belongs to a traditional bodybuilding background.

Chris Bumstead is one of the most loved figures in the bodybuilding era. He has terrific looks and personality. Another reason connecting him with his fans is his frequent interaction with them through social media platforms. On many occasions, Chris has expressed his love for the legend Arnold Schwarzenegger. In one of his interaction sessions, he desired to have arms like Schwarzenegger, as he believed he did not have good-looking arms.

Moreover, in his latest Instagram post, Bumstead posted a picture of him posing like Arnold Schwarzenegger. CBum tried to imitate the legend’s iconic ‘back pose’. The young bodybuilder flaunted his pumped-up muscles on his shoulders, back, and arms, looking similar to Arnold.

Being a three-time Mr.Olympia of the Classic Physique category, Chris Bumstead is eyeing his fourth title this year. For 2022’s Mr. Olympia, the bodybuilder has changed a lot in his routine. Previously, bodybuilder-trainer and his brother-in-law, Iain Valliere trained him. However, this time he will be trained by Hany Rambod who is famous for building competition-worthy bodies for bodybuilders. Why did Bumstead and Iain Valliere part ways?

Professional bodybuilder Iain Valliere trained Chris Bumstead since the beginning of his career. With Iain, Chris won the Mr.Olympia title in 2019, 2020, and 2021. However, in 2022, the duo announced that they will not be training together anymore. Iain Valliere wished to focus on his bodybuilding career. Even after ending their client-coach relationship, Villaire and Bumstead maintain a strong relationship.
