Chloe Kim is a 2-time Olympic gold medalist. After she won her first medal at 17, she successfully defended her title at the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics. Kim is the most decorated and talented female snowboarder out there.

Notably, Kim was one of the few selected athletes to be invited to the 2022 Met Gala. Chloe was beyond ecstatic to receive the invite as this would be her debut at the Met. Not to mention, the 22-year-old came to the event dressed like a true snow queen in a beautiful white tulle ballgown.

The gown was embedded with little red feathers and had a cute bow detail on the chest. However, when she posted a picture of the dress, an Olympic champion skier had a hilarious reaction to the same.

Chloe Kim’s dress was by the famous Italian designer, Giambattista Valli. She was super excited about wearing the dress and loved it as well. However, as beautiful as it was, Eileen wasn’t having any of it.

“Rip bathroom stall,” commented Eileen on Chloe’s Instagram, referring to the long white trail of Kim’s dress.

Several other celebrities and athletes also commented on Chloe’s dress, including snowboarding GOAT Shaun White and former USWNT captain Alex Morgan.

“Yes queen,” commented Alex.

Chloe Kim was super thrilled to have received the invitation. She revealed her first Met Gala was an “absolute dream”.

Eileen Gu herself was also present with all other A-list celebrities at the fashion event of the year. For her own outfit, Eileen chose to wear a body-hugging black leather dress by Louis Vuitton.

Born and raised in California, right before the Beijing Winter Olympics 2022, she chose to represent her mother’s country, China. This cast her into the media’s eye for quite a while. However, she is all set to begin college in the US itself this fall.
