Every person is unique in their aspect. Everyone has their own sets of skills in which they excel. While some like to flaunt them, others keep it to themselves. Although keeping things concealed may come easy for most, it may not be the case if the person concerned is the fastest athlete in the world.

Children of Usain Bolt are unaware of his legacy
During a recent interview with a daily newspaper, the Lightning Bolt revealed that his three children are unaware of his achievements.
Bolt remarked jokingly, “They’re young. My daughter’s just two and my boys are one so they have a long way to go before they know or understand who their dad is.”

“Competition Is the Easy Part”- Usain Bolt Reveals the Hardest Part to Become a World-Class Sprinter
Therefore, it is not because he intends to keep his legacy a secret. It has more to do with his children being too young to understand what it means to be the GOAT. The sprinting legend has had his fair share of hardships in his life. Due to this, he learned to deal with success as well as failures.
Setting forth on it, the sprinter said, “I just learnt from a young age that you will win some, you’ll lose some but if you work hard, you’ll be fine.”
Life is not all cakes and ale, and the father of three gets it. Perhaps, being the fastest sprinter conditions one to look at life from a different viewpoint. But Bolt has also faced losses, especially during the beginning of his competitive career.
Maybe he learned more from his mistakes than he did from his success. During the interview, he had an important suggestion to make.
Bolt offers valuable advice to cope with defeat
At one point, he said, “For me, I’ve always worked hard. As long as you work hard, you shouldn’t worry about anything.”

He has figured out the best way to deal with loss during his competitive years. Sharing the mantra with all, Usain Bolt added, “If you don’t win, you go back with your coach and figure out what you did wrong, work on that, and go and try again.”
It is probably the best piece of advice that one can receive on the issue of dealing with loss in sports. Most people get frustrated after losing an event. It is only natural as it is a part of the game.

But positively channeling the frustration helps one to rise above their failures. Moreover, it helps them learn and grow from their mistakes to become a better individual.
