His movement is fluid, it’s efficient, it’s functional”. Conor also pointed out a sweeping mistake that most of the fighters make when preparing for the fighting contest. He said, “So many guys are addicted to strength and conditioning, they just get bulked up and stiff and slow”.

The point to create such stimulations is to give the basic idea of how Lee would have fought if he was still alive.
