Suni Lee rules the bars at the SEC
On Saturday, Suni Lee became the second gymnast to score a perfect 10 on the bars at the South Eastern Conference. Lee went in at the bars and performed her routine perfectly to secure the fourth perfect score of her career (second on the bars).
Back in 2015, Florida’s Bridget Sloan had scored the first perfect 10 on bars in the SEC. 7 years later, Suni Lee emulated her feat. As 4 judges judge the SECs instead of 2, a 10 at the SECs is very rare.

Auburn bounced back from a slow start at the SEC
Auburn had a rough start at the SECs. The university recorded a season-low score in the opening rotation. However, it was Suni Lee and the team who performed quite well on the bars, which quickly changed their position.
“We did have a little bit of a rough start, but what matters is how you close it off so I’m super proud of this team,” said senior Derrian Gobourne.
