Caeleb Dressel revealed the logic behind observing animals
Bensinger wanted to clarify a rumor about the swimming record holder. The sports expert had read that Dressel had learned a few swimming techniques after observing animals and fish. Bensinger wanted to know if there was any truth to the statement.
Dressel admitted that he had been following this technique for some time now. He explained, “I just think that they have the most basic form of movement.” He added that the posture and movements of animals are very carefree and relaxed. This helps them in making their way with ease. “If you watch an animal, there is no thought process behind it, it’s just all instinct”, Dressel added.
