Max Verstappen and Charles Leclerc are both one of the most sought after talents in the Formula One circuit at the moment. Both are fast, hungry and already driving for top teams. While Max Verstappen got a jump start to his Formula One career, Charles Leclerc took the standard time to mature. As a result Max Verstappen stands as a multi race winner, but we’re sure Charles Leclerc isn’t far away from attaining that tag.

Before fighting on the F1 grid, both of them competed with each other in Karts. One such video recently surfaced where the two suffered a Karting collision and reacted to the incident. Here, give it a look:

In the video, young Max, seen with his dad, is heard complaining of how Leclerc pushed him off the track while taking the lead of the race. On the contrary, a calm headed Leclerc is heard saying it was nothing more than a racing incident.

While the video doesn’t showcase much, it just highlights the kind of competitiveness both are known for and have showcased in their early days.

The two have had a bumpy start to the 2019 season. While both have gained a podium, Charles Leclerc lost a beautifully led race victory in Bahrain after his engine showcased problems right at the end and he had to settle for a third place position. Max Verstappen on the other hand managed a good podium in Australia but his Red Bull was way off in the next race.

Charles Leclerc, Max Verstappen, Esteban Ocon, Pierre Gasly are the most exciting drivers on/off the grid and are set to carry forward the legacy of Hamilton, Vettel, Alonso and others over the years. While three out of four of them have already landed among the top teams, we’re certainly hoping Ocon finds a capable racing seat as well come next year.
