Arguably the greatest mixed martial artist of all time, Jon Jones has been dominating the light heavyweight division for a long time now. He has fought challengers from multiple generations and has overcome all of them. However, lately, fans have started to believe that the best days of Jones are behind him when he was mauling his opponents and devastatingly finishing them. Something similar happened when a young Jones took on Parker Porter at WCF( World Championship Fighting).
Jon Jones was four-fight into his MMA career and he took on Parker Porter who was also relatively new to the sport with only two fights. Both were unbeaten and unfortunately, it was Parker who lost his perfect record that night. Jones started the fight with a huge overhand right and knocked Parker down. Jones followed up with the knockdown with few other punches to get the fight to be stopped by the referee. While fans don’t get to see the same killer instinct now in Jones he is doing enough to win.

Though he seemed impressive against Chris Weidman his fight against Volkan Oezdemir kind of showed the cheek in his armor. On the other hand, Jones seems to be on the cruise ship at the moment beating one challenger after the other. Even though he is not looking as dominant as he used to he is still getting the job done. And even with the decision finishes Jones still seems to be very far ahead of the curve.
