The tennis world now turns their heads to the indoor hardcourt tournaments starting from the Intrum Stockholm Open 2019, which has already commenced from today and will conclude on 21st October.

Speaking of the Stockholm Open, the tournament came up with a very interesting advertisement in 2011 where some of the top tennis players of yesterday and today were sent up by a few exceptional child actors. The ATP stars got kid-actor treatment where they were seen playing tennis in a funny promo video.

They were all kids once – a funny short video commercial for Stockholm Open 2011, with young Roger Federer, Novak Djokovic, Rafael Nadal, John McEnroe, Bjorn Borg, Arthur Ashe, Michael Chang, Andre Agassi, Boris Becker, Robin Söderling, Jim Courier featuring in the video.

The kids portraying Bjorn Borg and John McEnroe were seen playing when McEnroe was also involved in a quarrel with the chair umpire before thrashing his racquet on the bench.

On the other hand, Robin Soderling spent the entirety of the clip putting his head into the towel, something like the Soderling does in between the changeover in his matches.

While the kid mimicked Novak Djokovic’s serve position as he was bouncing the ball constantly just like the Serb. However, the ad-makers made an unforced error as Rafael Nadal hit the ball right-handed. Also, the kid playing Roger Federer tried to hit the tweener against Rafael Nadal but failed to hit the ball on the other side of the court.

Though Rafael Nadal, Roger Federer, and Novak Djokovic are not participating at the ATP 250 event in Stockholm this year but let’s take a look back at the funny video, which went viral in 2011, where the kids imitate the top tennis players.
