WATCH: Ravindra Jadeja Traps Heinrich Klaasen with a Beautiful Turn in the Third Test

During the third day of the ongoing third Test between India and South Africa in Ranchi, India all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja bowled South Africa wicket-keeper batsman Heinrich Klaasen to sent him back to the hut within a few times.

It took place on the fourth ball of the 32nd over when Jadeja received a great turn to beat the batsman outside the off-stump. While walked in to bat at No. 6 in the 28th over, Klaasen managed to score mere 6 off 10 including a four in his first Test innings.

Ravindra Jadeja ended up picking two wickets so far. It was Jadeja who dismissed Zubayr Hamza (62) and helped to break a 91-run partnership stand for the fourth wicket between Hamza and Temba Bavuma. After resuming the game on the third day at 9/2, South Africa managed to score 100+ runs in the first session but after that they started losing wickets. At lunch, South Africa have managed to put up 140 with the loss of 8 wickets and still they are trailing by 357 runs in the first innings (while the time of writing the article).

After India captain Virat Kohli won the toss and elected to bat first, India scored a huge total of 497/9 before declaring in 116.3 overs. Rohit Sharma smashed his maiden double ton (212), vice-captain Ajinkya Rahane scored another hundred (115) and Ravindra Jadeja scored a fifty for India. Their contribution put India in a safe zone.
