WATCH:- Roger Federer hits Alexander Zverev for Missing a Simple Volley

Tennis stars Roger Federer and Alexander Zverev arrived in Hangzhou a few days ago for an exhibition match. Both, Federer and Zverev are set to team up for a match against Bryan Brothers. This is a 2-day event ranging from 28-29 December.

The last exhibition match played between Federer and Zverev had broken a record of maximum attendees. The match took place in Mexico City, which had an attendance of around 42,517 people.

This time again they will take part in an exhibition match. Firstly they are teaming up to play a double against Mike and Bob Bryan. Then, they are set to go head to head against each other on the following day.

In the stats comparison of the two, Alexander Zverev has won 4 out of 7 matches played between them. Most of their matches have taken place in ATP 1000 tournament. In their last meeting in the competition, Zverev won on the Outdoor Hard surface.

In a recent video, it was seen Sascha missed an easy volley during their playful practice. It was all in good humor as Federer then slightly hit Zverev with a ball. During a basic rally, Sascha couldn’t convert a simple volley. Upon seeing this, Federer casually just hits him with a ball thrice jokingly. Both of them laugh about the incident.

Federer had also shown his comic sense when he was mocked about his GQ Stylish Man of the Decade Award. Federer has also comically tipped that maybe even Zverev can be the winner of this award next decade.

After deciding to skip the ATP Cup, Roger Federer will directly be playing the Australian Open. He will not take part in any other competition for a while. He has even skipped the Hopman Cup. Alexander Zverev would still be taking part in the ATP Cup. He will play for Germany in the cup. He will also be leading the country in the competition.
