WATCH: Stefanos Tsitsipas Explains the Laver Cup Alcohol Theatrics to His Parents

Next-generation star Stefanos Tsitsipas was seen dancing on One Direction song with his trademark earnest soundbites and reviewed a book titled – More Toxic People in his latest vlog. However, the most entertaining part of the video was when the 21-year-old was explaining to his parents that he was forced to drink alcohol during the afterparty of the Laver Cup 2019.

In his latest vlog on Youtube, called ‘PERFECT’, Stefanos Tsitsipas dedicated the video “to the ones that believe in the unbelievable”, and it’s also dedicated to One Direction”.

Stefanos Tsitsipas shared his happiness after winning the Laver Cup 2019. The Greek said in the preface of episode 3 of his podcast, “Good morning everyone from Geneva. I just woke up from an unbelievable night. Honestly, I don’t know what to say. I live things, I saw things and I experienced all these beautiful, unforgettable moments, which honestly I don’t know I cannot exchange it for anything.”

Stefanos Tsitsipas was also seen explaining to his parents that he didn’t like the taste of alcohol when her mother asked him, “Is it true, what I hear it and what I’m worrying now, have you tried one drop of alcohol?

Reassuring his mother, Stefanos Tsitsipas said, “It was disgusting, it was so bad, I didn’t like it at all. Mama, they forced me to do it. I will show you the video—they were screaming my name.”

On the other hand, Tsitsipas’ father was worried about his choice of alcohol as he explained that vodka is not the best drink and the 21-year-old should try gin.

“I’m telling you, the best drink is not vodka. It’s gin,” Tsitsipas’ father told him. “You will like gin. Gin-tonic might be good for you.”  

Earlier, Roger Federer challenged his Laver Cup team-mates to a drinking competition after winning the Laver Cup 2019 last week. Stefanos Tsitsipas was also forced to drink some alcohol by his teammates.
