India are all set to take on West Indies in a three-match T20I series, starting from December 6. Although India have been going through a good phase in Tests and ODIs, they are certainly not in a good phase in the shortest format of the game. Recently they had lost one game each to South Africa and Bangladesh respectively at home. On the other hand, West Indies too wouldn’t get the service of the key players like Andre Russell, Sunil Narine and Chris Gayle. Here is the IND vs WI 1st T20I Dream 11 Predictions.

The 1st T20I between India and West Indies will take place at Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium, Hyderabad on December 6. The match is scheduled to start at 7:00 PM Local.

After missing the last T20I series against Bangladesh, India captain Virat Kohli has returned to the side. Along with him, the key pacer Bhuvneshwar Kumar has also returned. However, they wouldn’t get the service of their opener Shikhar Dhawan, who is out due to a knee injury. In his absence, KL Rahul is expected to take the opener’s position with Rohit Sharma.

Along with them, spinner-duo Kuldeep Yadav and Yuzvendra Chahal have also been included in the squad. This series is mixed up with experienced, as well as, young players which will provide a good platform before the T20 World Cup in Australia next year. Moreover, Deepak Chahar likely to be in the playing XI after having a successful outing recently. Even all-rounder Shivam Dube too will be in the middle in the absence of Hardik Pandya.

West Indies have recently lost to Afghanistan and they will certainly try to bounce back against India. However, a couple of experienced players wouldn’t take part in the series and the youngsters have been included as well.

They have a couple of experienced players like – Jason Holder, Lendl Simmons, Denesh Ramdin, Shimron Hetmyer, Nicholas Pooran, Keemo Paul alongside the Newly-appointed captain Kieron Pollard. However, with the IPL experiences in their kitty against the Indian players, they are expected to give a tough fight.

The team wins the toss should elect to bowl first and chase down the target. The temperature is expected to be around 15-26 degrees celsius with no signs of rain as well.
